Cancellation Policy
If for any reason, you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment you must call the driving school 24 hours in advance (48 hours in advance for weekend and Monday appointments). Please call the office during normal business hours Monday through Friday 11:00 a.m. — 5:00 p.m. On weekends please call (914) 980-8268.
If our office is not notified (via telephone) without 24 hour notice, the
student is responsible for full payment.
Road Test Cancellations
Road test cancellations need to be canceled 3 days in advance.
